Counseling

I am currently not accepting new clients.

Individual counseling with amelia costs $140 for 50-55 minutes. amelia accepts Aetna, United Health, Fidelis, and MVP insurance. Otherwise full payment is expected at each visit, and you may be eligible for reimbursement under your out-of-network provider benefits. She will provide you with a receipt to submit to your insurance company. It is your responsibility to check with your insurance provider about your coverage. If you have Aetna, MVP, Fidelis, or United Health, you may still be responsible for a co-pay or co-insurance or any fees your insurance does not cover.

Please note that Now and Next Counseling is not a good match for someone whose needs would be better met with substance abuse counseling, eating disorder treatment, or other such specialized mental health services.

Meditation for Emotions

Private meditation lessons and coached meditation experience with amelia costs $140 for 60 minutes.

Using meditation as a pathway for working with emotions, amelia teaches body-centered mindfulness skills to access a deeper inner experience and to enhance the ability to calm the mind.

Clinical Supervision

Clinical Supervision is available with amelia for clinicians with LCSWs and LMHCs. Supervision costs $140 per hour.
